What is the module about?
The second part of the Digital Photography Module is a logical follow up from our Beginners Photography Module and covers the design principles that will enable you to create captivating and engaging photographs. You will learn to craft images that convey your message by using the Principles of Composition and Elements of Design. We will also be looking at the importance of concepts and perception.
What will we cover?
Composition (Balance, Rule of Thirds, Positive and Negative Space)
Elements of Design (Lines, Shapes, Texture & Patterns)
Use of colour
Choosing the right gear for your subject
Advanced Exposure modes
Picture Style modes
Crucial versus distracting image elements
Develop your own stories and convey a message
Colour vs Black & White
